Conference participation and submission of abstracts
Participation is open to the persons involved in the Biotech R&D, teaching, consultancy, planning, business, etc. from all over the world. Plenary and invited presentations will be made by the experts (by invitation only); participants are invited to contribute research papers (NO REVIEWS) to be presented as short oral or posters.
Abstracts Book and Proceedings
Abstracts of the plenary and invited lectures and of contributory presentations will be published.
Full paper publications in special issues of Journals
Works presented in the conference will be eligible to submit to the special issues of the selected journals, which will be reviewed following the standard peer review process of the journal. Mere acceptance of the abstract in the conference will not qualify the manuscript for publication in these journals. Each registered delegate will be eligible to submit one manuscript to the journal of his/her choice. The selection of the journal should be made on the abstract submission form.
Abstracts
We invite you to submit the abstracts of original research works for presentation as short oral or poster. The abstract must be submitted by the Presenting author who will be informed about its acceptance after evaluation. While abstract submission does not require registration to the conference, presentation of paper at the conference and submission of full manuscript to the AI-BSBB2023 special issues of journals require that the presenting author must register for the conference by paying the applicable registration fee.

Posters
Preparation of posters
The space available for each poster would be of 90cm width and 100cm height. Each poster will be allocated a number, which will be marked on the top of the poster board by the organizers. The poster should indicate its title, authors (underline the name of the presenting author and include his/her email id) and their affiliations, followed by the Introduction/Background, Results, Conclusions and Acknowledgements (if any). The poster should be put up in the morning between 08.00-09.00 h and taken down after 17.00 h on the same day. The poster sessions shall be conducted on 23th and 24th November 2023 day during 13.00-15.00 h, when evaluators shall visit the posters. The presenting authors should be present near their posters during the poster session. The poster schedule will be announced in advance and this would be based on subject areas. No request for change of session for a poster shall be entertained as these are assigned based on subject areas and juries are different for different subject areas.
Awards
Rapid Oral Presentation :
Young Researchers Rapid Oral Presentation & Posters: Rapid oral presentations (only for PhD Scholars) will be organized during the conference to present their creative and innovative attributes in research in FIVE minutes (maximum six slides). The best presentations as judged by a team of experts will be awarded Dr RPS Dhakrey Memorial Young Researcher Award and CEES Research Excellence Award. Exceeding the presentation time or number of slides will results negative marking.
Poster Presentation :
Poster presentations will be organized during the conference to present posters by the contributory participants and effective talk with the experts. The dimensions of the posters should not exceed to 90 x100 cm (w x l). These will be evaluated by a team of experts and best posters will be given award.
