Accommodation
We strongly recommend that contributory delegates reserve accommodation for them by making booking directly through hotels. A large number of budget and luxury hotels are available near conference venue. Accommodation for contributory participants will be arranged upon request on payment basis (which will be single or double sharing rooms, depending upon availability) in nearby hotels at first-come-first served basis. Charges will be about Rs 1500 (non-a/c) to Rs 3500 (a/c) per person for 3 night. For invitees, accommodation will be arranged by the organizers. Accommodation for the invited speakers will be booked by the organizers.
